As I sat this morning, my monkey mind started working on my to-do list, despairing over how I have a week’s worth of work to do in the next few days.  (Pretty much my normal…)  Then I started thinking and repeating, “All I need to do is sit.  All I need to do is just be.  All I need to do is sit.  All I need to do is just be.  All I need to do is sit.  All I need to do is just be.  All I need to do…  All I need to do…  All I need to do…  All I need to do…”   My monkey mind calmed and I now have a new mantra.  I like that….
