I sit every morning via Zoom, and we do a check-in with at least one question that’s picked by whoever’s leading the check-in.  The check-in question this morning was, “How do you deal with frustration?”  My biggest frustration is my to-do list.  I begin the day with the best intentions of checking off many important things from my to-do list.  And as the day progresses, I get this sinking feeling that I am woefully short of what I had hoped to accomplish.  I have no solution for this.  So I’m just going to be okay with it, for now, until something changes.  Everything changes.
